THIS IS ONLY A REQUEST! You will receive a confirmation form from the Ronald Brand Manager once your request has been approved. We are only able to accommodate one performance per school, per school year. To submit a Ronald McDonald® appearance request, complete the following information at least four (4) weeks before requested date.

Please indicate your date preferences. Show dates will be confirmed up to three months in advance. Dates may be requested beyond 3 months out. Note: Ronald McDonald® and his crew arrive one (1) hour prior to the performance time for set up. Please ensure Ronald's crew has access to the performance area one hour before the performance when choosing your performance time.
