McDonald's Managers®...schedule Ronald McDonald® to appear at your restaurants using this online form. The Ronald Brand Manager will contact you to discuss your event further.
McDonald's Restaurant Appearances
On-Lot Show
This show is approximately 35 minutes performed at your restaurant.
Please note the following:
- Two McDonald's employees are required to assist with the show and crowd control.
- Ronald will do a meet and greet with the kids after the show.
- Entire appearance length will vary based on audience size. Do NOT indicate an ending time to the performance.
- On Lot Shows may be moved indoors at Ronald's discretion due to weather, or other mitigating factors. Please prepare a contingency plan to take your show indoors.
- An On Lot Show works best in those restaurants with a patio or grassy seating area. Parking lots are usually not well suited for your customers' comfort.
Meet & Greet
Depending on the size of the crowd and layout of the restaurant, Ronald will meet each child, talk with them, and sign autographs.
- A meet and greet will last approximately 60 minutes, but if there is a large crowd and time permits, Ronald will stay longer!
- Please have one staff person available to help during the performance.
- This is a perfect option for grand openings and restaurants without patios or grassy seating areas.
